- LiveEach agent's own website. Every agent keeps their own site. Upload the logo and colors once and they show on every agent's site; if you make the office brand mandatory, the design too.
- LiveShared CRM. Leads, pipeline, contacts and team reports. The principal sees everything; each agent sees their own leads and the unassigned ones they can take.
- LiveAutomatic lead assignment and response times. By turn, by zone or by rules (type, sale or rent, price), with working hours and a cap per agent. See who answered, how fast, and what is still waiting.
- LiveThe office's inventory in one place. The office site brings together the office's listings and each agent's; developer and master-broker inventory is offered with the source's written authorization (Yucatán law asks for it), stated once per source.
- LiveDeveloper co-broke. Developments open to agents, with their commission and terms; your agent registers the buyer and the buyer confirms. Valeria records it and lets everyone know; it never collects or pays a commission.
- LiveMortgage pre-qualification. On every agent's site and the office's; the result (an estimate, not a bank approval) goes to the CRM of whoever has the listing, or the office's.
- LiveAI tools with your own key. Each person connects their own AI: Google Gemini is free with a Google account, or ChatGPT / Claude if you already pay for an API key. Valeria charges nothing for AI.
- LiveWhatsApp on your own number. Connect the office's or each agent's own WhatsApp Business account (Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API). Meta bills you directly for conversations; Valeria charges nothing for it. It needs a Meta Business account and a number that is not in use in the WhatsApp phone app.
- LiveInvite the team in one go. Paste your agents' emails or WhatsApp numbers. Each invitation has a personal link, and an agent invited by email also sees it when signing in to Valeria with that email.
- Coming soonValeria sending the invitations for you. Today the invitations stay on your list as «pending»; you share each agent's link.
Are you a master broker?
- Publish your developments with a developer account, free for developers, with units, prices and availability.
- Agents work them under your terms: open a development to agents with your commission %, protection days and conditions. The agent registers a buyer, the buyer confirms, and the lead lands in your CRM with the agent's name. Valeria never handles the commission.
- Your written authorization is respected. In Yucatán an agent offers a development only with its source's written authorization. Once Valeria verifies the source is yours, you confirm or remove each agent.
- From your office panel you mark the developments you represent and ask Valeria to verify their source.
Price: the same plan for every agent

That is MXN 288.84 (IVA included), with every tool and no special office plan. An office of 10 agents: 10 × MXN 288.84 = MXN 2,888.40 a month (IVA included).

How to start
- Create your agent account (or sign in with yours). You will be the office principal.
- Turn your agency into an office: Panel › Team › Office panel.
- Upload your logo and colors once. They go on the office site and your agents' sites.
- Paste your agents' emails or WhatsApp numbers. Each one joins with their own account.
- Turn on automatic assignment and watch response times.

Valeria is not a brokerage and never charges a commission on a sale. Valeria never recommends or ranks agents: clients choose. The commission between agents is agreed by them; Valeria never sets, collects or pays it.
