For US & Canadian real-estate agents

Have a client buying in Mexico?

Refer them to a local agent in Mérida, Yucatán or Monterrey. Local agents see what your client wants (never names or contacts) and offer to help; you and your client choose one. The agent chosen receives your client’s details and yours.

How it works

  1. Enter your details and your client’s needs below.
  2. Local agents with a verified Valeria account offer to help; each shows its INSEJUPY license number when Valeria has verified it.
  3. You get a private page with their public records; you and your client choose one.
  4. The chosen agent gets your client’s contact and yours, marked “referred by a US/Canadian agent”.

Referral fees

Any referral fee is a private agreement between you and the Mexican agent. Valeria takes no part in it: we do not set it, collect it, process it or take a cut. Agree on it in writing with the agent directly.

Check what your license, brokerage and local rules allow for international referrals.
You
As it appears on your license. Shown to the agent your client chooses; Valeria does not verify US/Canadian licenses.
