Valeria is the real-estate platform of valAI, a Mérida company. Owners choose their realtor, buyers find homes the way they talk, and realtors get their clients, their website and their CRM without giving up a percentage of their commission.

What we stand for

• The owner chooses. Nobody gets an owner's contact unless the owner picks them.
• Your commission is yours. Valeria never charges or handles your commission: a flat fee only when a client chooses you, and the first one is on us. How it works →
• Real data, with dates. Prices, rankings and comparisons say where they come from.

How we look after your data

• Everything travels encrypted (HTTPS).
• Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash (Argon2): nobody, not even us, can read them.
• Proof-of-ownership documents are stored encrypted, outside the public site, and never shown publicly.
• An owner's contact goes only to the realtor they choose.
• Every important action is written to a tamper-evident log, and everything is backed up every day.
• No third-party ad tracking. Visits are counted without cookies.
• Your contacts are yours: you can export them whenever you want.
