For owners and sellers

Registering your property is free. By registering, you agree that verified agents may receive your contact information when they pay for it, so they can offer you their services. The agent you choose takes the photos and video and publishes the listing; those photos and texts belong to that agent. You choose who to work with and can remove an agent or pause your property at any time.

For agents

valAI is a listings and information service for agents; it is not a real-estate brokerage, does not take part in your negotiations, and charges no commission on your deals. You are responsible for your license and conduct under applicable law. Payment unlocks the owner's contact; representation is granted by the owner with their PIN.
