How Valeria works for you, in plain words: what you can and can't do, what you pay, the deadlines, and the full documents.

In short

Searching, saving favorites and price alerts are free.
Your questions go to the agency that offers the home; your details are used only to answer about that property.
Each home shows once. When several agents offer it you choose who to work with (by profile and reviews), or let Valeria recommend the best rated who answers fastest. Same home, same price; your details reach only the agent you choose.
Featured homes carry the label "Destacado": an agent paid to show them first. Valeria's recommendation of an agent is never paid.
Before an agent becomes your agent on Valeria, we ask whether you already work with one. If you do, say who: your current agent is respected.
An agent you already work with may register you as their client, so other agents respect that relationship. Valeria may send you one message to confirm it (only if your agent asks); if you say no, it stops counting. Your details are never shared with other agents.
If your agent turns it on, you get once a month, signed by them, homes that match what you want. Unsubscribe in one tap.
Prices and facts come from the owner or agency; Valeria marks verified listings. Always confirm with a notary before you pay.
Valeria never charges you a commission.
