How Valeria works for you, in plain words: what you can and can't do, what you pay, the deadlines, and the full documents.

In short

Posting is free. Your photos and the home's facts are public; your phone and address are not.
Only verified, licensed agents can work with you, and you choose which one. Nobody can change your price or advertise your home without your OK.
When you choose an agent and they accept, they represent you on Valeria for 90 days. You can end it earlier.
Your panel shows which agents have your details. You can remove or report an agent at any time.
You never pay Valeria a commission.

When you post, you declare you own the home or are authorized to sell or rent it.
Every 21 days we ask if it's still available. No answer in 7 days: it pauses until you say yes.
When it sells, tell us (one tap). If a home leaves the market without a recorded closing, we may ask you who it sold with.
Every 90 days with a realtor we ask you how it is going (one tap). If nobody answers, Valeria may verify the sale in the Public Property Registry, and if your realtor hasn't confirmed it either, the listing is hidden until someone answers.
A realtor can register your home as their client only if you confirm it yourself (by WhatsApp or email). You can say no.
If you sign an exclusive with one realtor, only that realtor offers your home on Valeria. If instead you give it to a master broker to share with every agent, it shows once and buyers choose among those agents.
